When you’re navigating divorce or high-conflict co-parenting, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, second-guess yourself, or get pulled into dynamics that don’t serve your children—or you.
I offer child-focused, trauma-informed support designed to help parents build the skills to advocate for themselves and their children within complex and often high-conflict systems. This work is about clarity, steadiness, and learning how to move through difficult situations with intention rather than urgency.

My Approach
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, child-focused principles and a deep respect for the complexity of family systems—especially in high-conflict situations.
At the core of my practice is advocacy through skill-building. Rather than advocating on your behalf, I help you develop the clarity, language, and confidence to advocate for yourself and your children within complex systems. This includes learning how to think strategically, communicate effectively, and make child-centered decisions you can stand behind.
The goal is not perfection, control, or winning. It’s steadiness, clarity, and fewer moments you later wish you could redo—especially when emotions are high or the stakes feel heavy.
I work in a way that is practical, grounded, and neutral, supporting you as you build capacity rather than dependence. Small shifts in understanding and regulation can create meaningful change for children, even in difficult and high-conflict environments.
